The White Light Essence Series is a 7 month guided journey with Ian White’s Australian Bush Flower White Light Essences, offered through NedaHeals and held in community. Each month you receive a beautifully structured packet to walk you through the essence in a clear, supportive way, including weekly themes, journal prompts, affirmations, and simple integration practices that help the work land in real life, not just in theory. You will take the essence for three weeks, then move into a fourth integration week to reflect, settle, and embody what has shifted.
